When Life in Prison Isn't Enough

Floyd Durr, already serving a sentence of 125 years for numerous other sexual assaults, was given an additional sentence of life plus 30, which means his earthly remains ought to be seeing the light of day somewhere around the year 2132 when robot clone prison guards will dig a hole and finally bury this turd. Seriously, is there a purpose of life PLUS whatever? There's still nothing from stopping an asshat of a governor from pardoning Durr in 30 years or so.

But, it does look like the City got its wish. And anyone else who had something in the line of fire. No trial. And the only people who got hurt by it? The taxpayers who paid out millions to two most likely criminally liable juveniles, the detectives who got it right and paid a price with their public reputations, and a dead girl's family who knows something isn't right.

Perhaps one day, a full accounting will be made. Maybe Mrs. Harris's call for a special prosecutor will be taken up at a not too distant date. It would be interesting to see why the people who got it right were treated so wrongly.

Channel 7 & Sun Times coverage.

Anybody have enough pull in the Federal system to get Jeffrey Dahmer's killer, the schizophrenic Christopher Scarver transferred over to bunk with Mr. Floyd Durr- to even the score once more? (as for the kids- Scarver can carve them up when they let him out ala Hinckley!)

Just watched the Channel 7 news and heard the mother of the aspiring bass player killed in 022 last week say that the "government allows black men to get illegal guns and ammunition and they could stop it if they wanted to." What a moron....point the finger at "the man" instead of "de bruthas."

"The Emporer's New Clothes" again. No one wants to be the one to speak the truth, so everyone sits on the sidelines and does nothing, says nothing, and lets the spin doctors pin their bullshit (meaning you Your Honor Pincham!)

Those kids didn't actually kill that little girl, but they set the ball in motion. And what happens to them? Do they go to the Audy Home? Do they get some kind of counselling? NO, they get the payoff.

I'll probably be dead before it happens, but figure in about 20 years or so, one of them or both will spill the beans and admit they hit that girl and took her bicycle, leaving her to be victimized by the older piece of shit.

And the money keeps flowing out and no one cares.

Pinch-Ham was there to colect the money, wasn't he? He will always be there to collect the money.

Seen this piece of shit in court when he coached his brother-man attorneys from the bench. No one said or did anything about it at the time so I guess he still can get away with his lies.

You can blame the press for making him out to be intelligent but all I have ever seen was the likes of Algonquin J. Calhoun, you know, the ATTORNEY-AT-LAW.

All I know is that my buddy was a dic assigned to the S/A's office and I remember him saying at the time that these two kids did it without a doubt. They told him too many details that only the killer would know, things that weren't made public etc., etc. BTW, this friend of mine is one of the most honorable and hardest working men I ever knew, so when he told me that, I did and still do believe him.

Are you saying that the legal system in Chicago and Cook Cnty rolled over due to the pressure from the two boyz parentz? Then bribed the mother with millionz?? Then they stuck a deal with the baby corpse rapper to spare his life if he keeps his mouth shut??? That would NEVER happen here! I think your friend is full of ka-ka.

HAHAHA (j/k) Sorry couldn't say all of that with out laughing.
