And Speaking of Wasted Money

We know exactly how to save the City another $390,000 dollars a year:
  • Trevor Hall is used to the inquisitive looks he gets after telling people what he does for a living. "I'll say, 'I work for Chicago Sister Cities International Program,' " Hall said. Their response: "What's that?" [evidently a waste of almost $400,000 - SCC]

  • About $390,000 of the budget comes in the form of a grant from the city's coffers and the tourism department. "We get a small amount from the city each year and it's applied for, not assumed," Hall said. "The rest we go out and raise. We're a great value for the city of Chicago.
If they can raise the other $720,000 dollars through private contributions (their entire budget is around $1.1 million), they might be able to increase their efforts and cover the $390,000 the City taxpayers generously come up with. Or they can cut staffing. And this is just a tiny portion of the tens of millions that Chicago wastes every year.

Seiser was deployed to Madison at 2:15 this morning, The sight of such a massive white man frightened a lot away. But, alas, not all. Seiser, as he was begged to leave a party in which he had consumed numerous kegs of beer to assist in this matter, had to take a leak. He decided to "kill 2 birds with one stone". He wipped out his fire hose of a cock and let it rip! It was comparable to a high pressure fire house combined with pepper spray. A sunami of urine rushed down Madison and almost immediately the street was clear. As of this hour, the street is still flooded with that potent yellow flow. Just hope deep tunnel can handle the flow.

He has a special assigned spot at HQ right behind the supt and 1st dep with a special cone to keep it open. What the fuck is this department coming to, it just dosen't pay to do police work anymore just collect your paycheck and run. Remember let's be careful out there and fuck these mindless citizens

Note: The article failed to mention Rumsfeld's own admission "According to some estimates we cannot track $2.3 trillion in transactions," as reported on CBS. The CBS article goes on to state that "[the Pentagon's] own auditors admit the military cannot account for 25 percent of what it spends." See this highly underreported article at http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2002/01/29/eveningnews/main325985.shtml
