Tribune has it up. Here's a link (you have to jack the magnifier up to 200% on Adobe Acrobat). All sorts of interesting stuff there. Let's try running a few random searches on the document:
- Search for "policeman" reveals only 3 entries - one for a Joseph Pizza who will soon be retiring; one for an Adam Zelitsky from 012 who wants to be transferred to the canine unit; one for a Robert Hartman who wants to be assigned to Corp Counsel.
- Search for "police" reveals 13 entries - some highlights include Chester Batey Jr promoted to Sergeant thanks to Rev. Clay Evans; Anthony Carothers, brother of aldercreature Carothers promoted to Detective; Kevin Gyrion wants a transfer OUT of Englewood to a Unit, specifically Narcotics; Daryn Brown was discharged from Police? Who knows what that was about?
These are only people who decided to use their political connections - this doesn't even touch the family tree of Department members. John Kass and the Tribune want readers to drop a dime on any names you recognize on the list or names that haven't made the list yet. There seem to be a few relatives of persons who met untimely ends in the trunks of cars according to Kass. And the complete list covers 59 pages. It certainly isn't the only list in existence. In fact, we had our own list in a thread titled "Who Made Who? Who Made You? (A/C D/C)" back in October. Anyone think the Trib is ripping us off?

I'll second that information on Kass. I called him awhile back to give him some inside info on all the B/S that goes on in CAPS. I left message after message, email after email and no response. I finally got him on the phone (I have his personal telephone number). I pleaded with him to listen to what I had to say, to at least consider it. He wouldn't listen but said he'd call me back. He never did. I'm convinced he's in Daley's pocket. As far as I'm concerned he's just another POS reporter. I had some good stuff for him and he wasn't even interested. Don't trust him, he's a fraud.

I wish the Feds would clean house in our wonderful CPD. The reality of it is that political hiring is too deep in any level of government in Chicago. It took me some time to get hired off of the '93 test for 9161. Yes it is frustrating that 30% meritorious exist, with the FOP having input on meritious promotions per the Daley Clout List, but I go to work every day and I am proud of who I am and what I have accomplished in my career and my personal life. Polital favoritism is in County Gov't too, there it took 3yrs to get a Court Services Deputy job and people were open about having a "Chinaman" and getting hired off of the '89 test within months. Hopefully the Feds continue after this trial and clean house with Chicago Politics,Locally, County Gov't too. Hoplefully there is a GUILTY verdict and pull the pensions of the accused once found guilty in the Daley boys from the 11th Ward. Hey Fitz check out the Chicago Police Dept. On a good note I finally did well with the 9206 title code test and scored within the top 5%. Good Luck with the Exam this Saturday on 24 June! Oh before I forget 35th does read all that is written on this blog.

I knew Adam Zelitsky when he was an idiot/moron patrolman and worked in 012. I have first hand knowledge of him stalking a police woman who then obtained a CR# on him. There were witnesss who gave statements of him telling her if he couldn't have her he would off himself with his shit in his hand while on duty. Call it pussy whipped or just a moron. As far as I can see he has not changed.
