Sox Sucks (this weekend)

First of all, whomever flamed us in the comments section about "What happened to your White Sox," we aren't fortunate to own any portion of the baseball franchise. We don't get a share of any of the beer sales, parking revenue or gate receipts.

We have also stated on numerous occasions that we dislike baseball. Heartily. We are cursed with the disease of liking hockey, specifically Blackhawks hockey. We hope someday to have a professional organization here in town instead of the minor league team now infesting the "United Center.

We don't know how the Sox are going to repeat if they can't lump the Yankees once in a while. Maybe dreams of a repeat are a little too far fetched.

Don't worry SCC, other hockey fans do read this blog. I myself am a St. Louis Blues fan. We plan on passing the Hawks this year in the standings and at least contending for a playoff spot.

Most of the people on this blog probably think thats easy. Sorry almost half the teams in hockey don't make the playoffs.

Sox will rule MLB once again as World Series Champions! Baseball is the best sport of the major sports and I am not including hockey in that group. Hockey is practically soccer on ice. Talk about boring!
So fellow baseball fans, be patient. It will come down to the wire but they will prevail.

It's common knowledge that every team in baseball, no matter how good they are, have a slump during some part of the season. Some teams start slow and gain momentum all year long. Some have a nid-season slump (like the Sox are right now) and some have a late season slump, like last year's Sox did when they allowed the Indians to catch up to them. I'd rather have the Sox slump now and catch up and pass the Tigers down the stretch in August and September. Detroit hasn't had a slump yet and they're certainly overdue and could run out of gas in the next few weeks.

Stay tuned!

This season is far from over yet!!

Great, yet another blog thats going to turn into southsiders calling northsiders "fags" and the northsiders calling the southsiders trailer trash. Then that will lead to "my house is worth more than your house" which will lead to "I work in a shittier district then you so I am the real police" which will lead to "been there, done that" which will lead to "done that hispanic ass, OLE" which will lead to "get off the blog you asshole" then we can't forget to throw in a little Area 2 gun team in there. Now you can stop reading the other comments, they have been covered here. Waste of a blog.....

The White Sox have what the Cubs will never have: That is a shiny World Series Trophy, next to the American Conference Championship Trophy, right behind home plate every home game!
