Um, before we get crazy here, especially the poopie diaper police in 025, you better check the parking ordinances. Vehicles pursuing commercial activities can park illegally to discharge their legitimate business activities for a reasonable amount of time.
So, if you go after the media, then what about all the delivery people like UPS, Fed Ex, and your oh so precious beer trucks.
