Drew Peterson - Innocent Again!
- Authorities investigating the disappearance of a former suburban Chicago police officer's wife have obtained a warrant seeking information to identify who sent a racy text message to her cell phone.
- Drew Peterson's attorney, Joel Brodsky, said Thursday that a message sent to Stacy Peterson's cell phone in September shows she was having an affair and lends credence to Drew Peterson's contention she left him for another man.
Yup, he's in the clear. Except for this little fact:
- Sprint Nextel spokesman Dave DeVries said anyone can use the company's Web site to text-message subscribers without being required to log in or open an account. He declined to comment on whether it is possible to track who sent messages.
In fact, we're sending "racy messages" to Stacy's phone right now. And half-a-dozen other people right now.

Is it possible that this Drew character could be clever enough to have sent this message, at the time it was sent, himself?
As in, Stacy is dead and Drew brings new meaning to the phrase 'premeditated'?
In the message he spelled the word "riding" with TWO D's!!!! Find a past sample of his writing (i.e. police logs or reports) with the same type of error and you can prove that HE sent that message!
What took him so long to find that message? How do we know he did not kill her for fooling around on him? Oh wait, he's an easy-going comedian, not the jealous possessive type, he probably did not care.
This guy is cool he is like a mob hitman very cool under pressure will they ever find her? Probably not he either burned her or fried her! Will the bolingbrook police be taken to task for the fast investigation of his 3rd wifes murder?
Even if she was having an affair - Drew would have even more motivation to harm her. About what about his adult sons? How far from the tree have those apples fallen?

I'm really hoping she is in Kentucky as the anonymous person told him. Would that not just be in a kick in the balls? Here we are, already convicting him in the media and the table chats, but it seems no one is even looking at other angles. Her family has blown off every lead, but yet when a "trucker with a blue barrel" story pops up, they jump on that. I have some news for the family...she was an immature little girl when she met him, and based upon some of her beahvior prior to this, she hasn't changed. Drew was no innocent angel in this either, but I can't wait till he sues everyone at the end of this. Start with all those camera crews parked in front of his house first...

Electronic communication, IE: cellular phone records,text messages,pages,etcetra are very poor forms of evidence. These forms of evidence can be literally shredded via expert testimony. There are way too many possibilities to affirmatively base guilt on any of these forms of communication.
Drew appears to be making a fool of 300 investigators.
