Brooms at the Ready
Saturday's game was one of the better games we've seen. In person. Well played all around with a bit of drama right at the end. A sweep will make for interesting discussions until next year. What does everyone do? Argue who scored more runs so their team wins the season series? It just increases the rivalry factor, that's for certain.

They should take those brooms and sweep out all the caps offices across the city. Then maybe when i request a day off i could get it.

Looks to me as of right now the Cubs will win their division as will the Sox.
Then the all star break happens, and all the hype about a cross-town world series....
Then it will probably be Red Sox and the Diamondbacks in October.

Ummm....NO, you are wrong. perhaps it is because YOU only go when the Sox play the cubs, but I have been there a lot, and the Sox do sell out.
Not as often as your cubs and wrigley field but I do recall sitting at game one of the World Series at The Cell, and the Sox sold out that one!

After many years on this department and various life long expereineces I can give 1 lesson. Police do their jobs, white shirts worry about their careers.

Yes, here's my comment about the arson investigator that was shot. I'm sorry he was shot and hope he's doing OK. Now that the USSC has finally ruled that the 2nd. amendment is alive and well, arm those guys so if someone tries it again the fireman has a better chance of survival.
