Drew Peterson's Next Story

  • MORRISTON, Fla. (AP) _ Authorities say a Levy County man accidentally shot his wife while trying to hit a fox that had attacked her. The couple told deputies they had spotted an animal in their yard Friday morning and went outside to see what it was.

The fox bit the woman on the left leg and wouldn't let go, so she told her husband to get a gun.

The man fired a .22-caliber rifle seven times, killing the animal but also hitting his wife in the lower right leg.
No blue barrel, no empty bathtub, no media frenzy.

Is anyone else getting the nagging suspicion that these goofs who wore a wire on Drew are actually part of his inner circle looking to pollute the jury pool? That alleged "confrontation" in the parking lot was just a little too cute.

Please leave Drew alone, he's innocent till proven guilty. Besides, he's more amusing than Chicago murder and mayhem everyday.

He'll never be convicted, but damn, I hope he confesses how he did it on his death bed! It's crazy how good he is.

He either did it, or had a personal hand in it.

Guilty. Case closed. NEXT!

If the fox is OK, I'd like to borrow it for a couple of days. Thanks.

Too many dummies.

You never thought of that? We thought you were all knowing, smarter that everyone else! Your own little moniker above pretty much shows you think you are a genius and everybody else is stupid. I have had the misfortune to work with beatoff jagoffs like you and your attitude for the last 20 years. GFU........

Drew's wife turns up a year from now alive and well. Lawsuit central for Drew on anyone who accused him of wrongdoing.
What a pay day he could have.

Not only Drew, but the Stebic guy also! But because there is always a mistake, always, and there is no perfect crime, how can they be guilty of anything if a mistake cannot be found? Are these both a perfect crime?

So is the conclusion, niether is guilty of having a hand in the disappearance, or possible murder, of their spouses?

Or is the conclusion, both of these guys are diabolical geniuses? Is two of the exact same perfect crimes even possible, and not just possible, but possible and having occurred so close in space and time that it staggers the imagination?

Neither of them looks it, but they must both be absolute geniuses.

What we need now is a "srink eye" law. That guy shot his wife and the fox because they both gave him the "stink eye".

Don't give the "Stink eye" unless you can back it up.

Totally staged! Just another act. I laughed when I saw it. How phony can you get? Come on, did you see the half-hearted shove by his "friend" and Drew's reaction, hardly flinching at the "immediate threat" in front of him? I don't buy it at all.

Um there are MANY perfect crimes in history. Not just the Cold case files our incompetent dicks have.

Not just the not guiltys the moronic juries have handed down.

How about jack the ripper?
How about 2001 ricin letters?
Many unsolved cop killings
Jimmy Hoffas murder. etc.

I don't know if he did it or not, but it is pretty clear there is not much evidence to suggest that he did or he would have been indicted.

he would be really stupid to get some kind of fake setup going. the more people in on a scam the harder it is to hold it together.

Is there anything involved in this case that doesn't include white trash?

Nothing would surprise me at this point, but that's an interesting theory.

It's pretty clear that the ISP aren't going to comment on what, if anything, was recorded. Peterson sounds pretty confident that he said nothing incriminating to them.
