Evidently they've missed a few. Or they just aren't being as meticulous as they have been in years past due to layoffs and pissing off the guys in Streets:
Looks like the tourists can't resist the photo opportunity though. This was sent by a thoughtful reader who was passing under the Soldier Field underpass and caught sight of the defacement. Evidently, the stencil graffiti is popping up in a lot of places - and being missed by the Graffiti Blasters.

Why did they put it on the underpass of Soldier's Field and not on a BILLBOARD!!!!
Whoever the artist is doing such beautiful work, need really to increase their efforts.
Oct 2 is not too far away.
Somebody tagged the Art Institute as well...a lot. There are several (7-10) stick figures painted on the South end of the building along with the words "Thank you Chicago, we will never forget you." There seems to be no rush to clean them off. Keep paying the taxes, you'll get nothing in return.
actually most of the kids doing graffiti out there mock Daley
