Da Bears

Gee, the Bears have two preseason games under their belts and we can only think of one thing to say:

Is it hockey season yet?

You may dissect the Bears latest preseason effort here.

Don't forget, the '85 Bears lost all 4 preseason games.

They need a backup long snapper though.

Give them a chance.

So far they suck. Defense looks old and tired and certainly not up to the task, but hey, two meaningless exhibition games. What do you expect?

Come see me after two regular season games and we'll know a lot more.

Proud to say I haven't seen one play this pre-season and I have zero interest in the NFL or NBA (and MLB is quickly slipping away too) because of the thug culture that is glorified by the players and networks. I guess it is acceptable to, not only defeat your opponent, but to also humiliate them on the playing field too

I'l stick with the NHL and PGA

the "o" line looked like a sieve last night--- the hawks will be good again this year, we lost a lot of role players but we still have 3 solid lines and good defense--- turco can play if he stays healthy--- the hawks also have some young talent that will be ready to come up--- the hawks got lucky when buffalo, pittsburgh, and washington all got bumped early in the playoffs--- the toughest series the hawks faced was the predators--- it was our year and it will be tough to repeat but the hawks should be tops in the western conference if they stay healthy.....

AHHHHHHHHHH...at least all my Sunday afternoons will be free. Wife will want to go shopping on that day.

We can go up to Wisconsin and watch all the Cheeseheads walk around with their Green Bay Jerseys on. That's their usual Sunday attire.

it takes a lucky bounce to win also.call it fate. the hawks got a couple of breaks against the preds or they loose the series.the saints were lucky to beat the vikes. the twin are getting the bounces against the soxs. fate: it is what it is....the best teams loose to a team playing the best at the time.

I agree with you on NBA and NFL, but not MLB at all. I can't watch these sports anymore when they look and act like the same people we lock up!

I'm from Wisconsin. Packer Jerseys can be worn seven days a week from August through January.

Go, PACK.

Lovie Smith has got to go. He had his run. I know it is early but too many players missing their assignments and that means injuries. That's poor coaching. I predict that Urlacher will not finish the season, lucky to go 4 games. Also a waist of a good Q.B. that may not even finish the season either. But it is the NFL you never know.

And you're proud of that? Only good things about Wisconsin are Point Special beer and the Friday Fish Fry at the VFW hall.

im really glad to be an eagles fan!

You must have missed Friday night's game and Vick's spectacular plays in the 2nd half of the game! Wow, is that what we have to look forward to?

It'll be a LONG season for Eagle's fans, and I don't expect them to disappoint me this season, either. But then again, as a Philadelphia fan, I expect disappointment.

I couldn't go back home for a Flyers parade, and I know I won't be going back home for an Eagles parade any time in the near future!
