Have to laugh - when I saw the sign the turkey is holding, I immediately thought 'McCarthy'. Ham. How twisted is it, that his love of media attention was the first thing I thought of?

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

To the retired copper that bought dinner for us in 011, a big fat thank you! The food was delicious and it certianly helped lessen the sting of being away from our own families at the dinner table. What a generous gift...I hope that when I get to retire (God willing) that I am in a position to do something similar. I hope you are enjoying a healthy, peaceful retirement. Thanks again!

Why not? The party planner up in area three worked on her degree online on company time, in the little bit of time she spends at work.

How foolish of you, to expect people to actually work for the Department when the Department is providing them a paycheck. They're ENTITLED to a check; work is just a dirty four-letter word.
