Hey FBI....

  • A deal involving the federal government’s most expensive lease in Chicago produced millions of dollars in profits for a development group that included Penny Pritzker, a top campaign fund-raiser for President Barack Obama who is now his commerce secretary, a Chicago Sun-Times / Better Government Association investigation has found.

The developers also included Jack Higgins, a friend and political backer of former Mayor Richard M. Daley.

Over the 14-year term of the lease, the government will pay $280 million in rent and operating expenses for the Near West Side property, which houses the FBI’s Chicago headquarters.

That’s more than double what it cost to build the complex at 2111 W. Roosevelt Rd., which opened in 2006, records show.
Didn't the FBI have something like three or four separate task forces investigating public corruption in Chicago? New York City had one and so did Los Angeles. Even New Jersey had one for the whole state, but Chicago had at least three. And there they are in a building paying rent to the Pritzkers and Higgins that will net their families untold millions.

Evidently, the feebs have zero shame and no sense of irony.

Corporate sponsored government at the federal level?

As if the Chicago version isn't enough to make your eyes water?

"You didn't build that."

"Corporations are people too."

"Too big to fail."
(As long as they're able to continue propelling continually diminishing in value treasure away from the hands of the tax payers at ever increasing velocity)

Pritzkers huh?

Them and all the other "Friends of Maggie" phony charitible institutions/instruments of mass financial bojankery (money laundering) and political fuckery?

Naahhh...

The Feebs ain't seein' shit SCC...

Bunch of willfully non-observant m/fers who have marching orders to look the other way regarding this bullshit.

BUT...

They're a virtual Roman Legion of occupation sent here to very publicly affix Policemen to the knotty pine of crucifixion for any slight, error, human failing, momentary lapse in judgement and the like...

The Romans crucified enough people wanting to be free to line both sides of the Via Appia for miles...

STFU haters... Those coppers found to be dirty do need to be dealt with but most Police trangressions do not rise to the level of being cause for federal investigation and prosecution.

Next thing you know, Holder will drop a gigatonnage yield stupid bomb about CPD is being investigated under RICO because he "found evidence" of a criminal conspiracy among the blue shirted ranks.

Yeah... Fucking nice...

We have old retired folks trying to figure out a way to shield them selves from Rahm's healthcare increase "Fuck You" and the attempted backwards pimp-walk of Policemen into poverty and irrelevance.

"Why are you Cops so full of anger and hatred? That's why we don't like you!"

We wonder... What will be said when these people decide to raise their hands in victory over the Police?

"You wild-assed, out of control Chicago Cops need to be fixed! THEN, you'll REALLY see some changes in this city."

Rahm is here to provide cover for Daley while he and his big money contributors vaccuum up every nickel Shortshanks missed.

The only reason "Him Self" is in the white house is because Daley Inc. was scared that the "smart black guy" was making noise about running.

The pink guys shit themselves because that would mean no more multi-generational, eye watering graft and thievery that they felt was their birthright.

40+ years and the feebs ain't seen SHIT!

Greylord, Silver Shovel, Gambat etc... all of these investigations into public corruption and the like were carefully steered and orchestrated to protect the usual people to important for the churls to have the pleasure of seeing rotting to a skeleton on a live feed into their federal prison cells.

Viva Hate...

This city is destroyed beyond hope and salvage...

The FBI agents are always bragging about how they will: "Self-Report" themselves or other agents, if they even suspect the slightest wrong doing. Unless of course it occurs at the highest level of government, then they revert to being the naive hillbillys that they really are! Not to pour cold water here, but the charactgerization of this deal is misleading. Receiving back, over the course of a long-term lease and operating agreement, far in excess of the original costs to build the property, is neither unusual nor unetheical -- it's common sense and common business practices. It's how virtually ALL commercial property is built and operated. An 8% annual return over 14 years is actually on the low side.

Bury their fuck-ups.

Burn their fuck-ups to the ground.

Exile their fuck-ups if they have no clout.

Reward, promote and hide their fuck-ups to a corner office in an attempt to keep them from getting other
agents fucked-up.

Pay lots of money to make their fuck-ups go away.

Exert a lot of pressure to keep their fuck-ups out of the media and away from public eyes.

Cannibalize their own whistle-blowers which when exposed, constitutes what? A FUCK-UP!
(Hiya J-Fled! ;^)

So...
What up, Slick?
Anything else?

Robert Philip Hanssen (born April 18, 1944) is a former US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agent who spied for Soviet and Russian intelligence services against the United States for 22 years from 1979 to 2001. He is serving a life sentence at ADX Florence in Florence, Colorado.

Hanssen was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. His activities have been described by the US Department of Justice's Commission for the Review of FBI Security Programs as "possibly the worst intelligence disaster in U.S. history.
---

Hanssen's father was CPD. He grew up in Norwood Park and went to Taft HS. When Hanssen got on the CPD he went to work in Internal Affairs, specializing in forensic accounting. He quit after 4 years and got hired by the FBI.

FBI has a history of fronting off CIA agents and of blaming security breaches on the CIA. 4 star General David Petraeus retired from the military and ws named director of the CIA. It was an FBI agent, carrying on the FBI's tradition of fucking the CIA, and acting alone, who outed Petraeus for having an affair with the author of his biography. The FBI tried to cover the outing as being "discovered during an investigation." Bullshit.

The FBI are low down dirty rat bastards. The one contact I had with an FBI agent was at a bank robbery. The FBI agent and partner came to the scene and asked for this and that etc. I made him show me ID. He had no uniform, no FBI written across his forehead. Chicago style scam, lease to government and charge too much. Connected people get the inflated rent.

Anyone remember when the City of Chicago owned the old traffic court building at 321 N LaSalle St?

The City sold the property to a "developer." For a song I imagine, a connected developer no doubt. Then the city had to scramble to find a new traffic court because there was none ready to move into. Another great planning move by Daley or Sawyer, I do not recall which..

The judges didn't want to go to the west side for traffic court, where the city had land but no traffic court yet. So they came up with moving traffic court "temporarily" to the Civic Center. (daley center) at a cost of around $20 million. Temporarily turned into permanently.

But there was no traffic court courtrooms at daley center and they didn't own the old building any more.

So the City of Chicago paid rent to the developer for the use of traffic court until they were ready to move to traffic court at the daley center. That took a year at least.

In the intervening time, the city paid enough rent to give the developer all his purchase mney back. He got the traffic court building at 321 N LaSalle for free and the City got nothing for it and had to spend at least $20 million to move to the daley center. Cook County Deputy Sherrifs also had to build and staff security checkpoints and metal detectors.

In addition, the building wass declared an historical landmark which got the developer tax rehab credits. Free building plus money to rehab. The developer won the lottery.

No stink was made, no federal investigation. The city essentially gave away, for free, a valuable downtown property and paid millions in relocation costs and still has a court in a basement unsuited for it's purpose.

I would like to hear the rest of the story. All that land in the area around the FBI building, (Roosevelt to 15th-Damen to Ashland), was obtained by either the Illinois medical District or the University of Illinois. I heard that they were allowing the city to use the land where the FBI building is for a Police station. That didn't happen. Than the land at 14th and Ashland was going to be set aside for a new Police station. That land is now a Costco.
When the parking meter deal started every parking space on the streets in that area which where vacant lots at that time had a parking meter! Wonder who actually owns, transfers or just uses the land and what tax dollars were used?

I made him show me ID. He had no uniform, no FBI written across his forehead. Fuck him, he didn't like pulling out his ID wallet, fucking turd. Show me. He did. I got a kick out of that one.

"FBI has a history of fronting off CIA agents and of blaming security breaches on the CIA. 4 star General David Petraeus retired from the military and ws named director of the CIA. It was an FBI agent, carrying on the FBI's tradition of fucking the CIA, and acting alone, who outed Petraeus for having an affair with the author of his biography. The FBI tried to cover the outing as being "discovered during an investigation." Bullshit."

Interesting...

If such is true? Why does the CIA even stands still for FBI bullshit?

Are they like CPD?
No hitting back allowed?

Or if they do hit back, it has to be a weak hand push to the chest and not a full power dominant hand cross through the front teeth?

Not if it is true, it is true. Remember 9/11? Remember the flap about FBI and CIA not sharing intel? Why do you think that is?

Robert Hanson was a Chicago Police officer working the "red squad" before he joined the FBI.

All the Red Squad files are at the old Chicago Historical Society, now the Chicago History Museum at North and Clark per a consent decree with Fed Judge Susan Getzendanner. Minus names of officers and informants and informants ID numbers. You can go there and look at the files and get copies. Expensive though, they charge 50 cents a page.

"Chicago style scam, lease to government and charge too much. Connected people get the inflated rent.

"Anyone remember when the City of Chicago owned the old traffic court building at 321 N LaSalle St?..."

Oh, man, thanks. What a story!

How did the song go? "Watch out now, take care, beware, of soft-shoe shufflers, take you where you should not go." Real estate speculation at its finest.

Anyway, I think I meant that the FBI does not deal with their landlords (although they should be investigating them!). They just moved in there and went to work doing their thing.

I believe that GSA, General Services Administration, "finds housing" for all other federal agencies, does the lease negotiations, arranges construction, whatever. That may be an interesting direction in which to look.

"The General Services Administration (GSA) is an independent agency of the United States government, established in 1949 to help manage and support the basic functioning of federal agencies. The GSA supplies products and communications for U.S. government offices, [and] provides transportation and office space to federal employees...

"GSA employs about 12,000 federal workers and has an annual operating budget of roughly $26.3 billion. GSA oversees $66 billion of procurement annually. It contributes to the management of about $500 billion in U.S. federal property, divided chiefly among 8,300 owned and leased buildings and a 210,000 vehicle motor pool..."

To: "not to pour cold water, etc."
I'm sure its also quite common for the Government to reject the low bidder for a $280 million lease and award it to Obama's favorite local campaign contribution bundler. Yeah, nothing out of the ordinary.
