Broad Daylight
- A 19-year-old man was pronounced dead and 10 other people were injured in daytime shootings in Chicago Friday, police said.
The fatal shooting happened at 4:35 p.m. on the 3000 block of South Kedvale Avenue in the Little Village neighborhood, said Chicago police spokesman Thomas Sweeney.
The man was walking when someone walked up to him and began firing, Sweeney said. The man was struck several times in the chest and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital where he was later pronounced dead, Sweeney said.
It tis the season, isn't it? Where's the peace on earth and goodwill toward men?

Just watched the video of the Cleveland shooting of the 12 year old boy. Man, the driver of the squad really put his partner in an unwinable situation. Once the passenger got out the boy appeared to be pulling out the gun and the passenger didn't have many options. He was too close. The driver didn't give him any outs. Any cover. Any time. Had the driver pulled up but stopped a safe distance away perhaps they could've had time to order the boy to drop the weapon. Or maybe the boy was trying to do that the whole time, but the passenger had no option but to just react.
It makes u realize that even the really small stuff, like how u pull up on a job can profoundly change that whole job and many lives. Be careful out there and watch some of these videos, u can learn a lot from them and adapt them to the way u police.

Boxes, boxes and more boxes in which to ground the troops and demand they write more contact cards. Starting with that asshole Lemmer down thru more than half of the lieutenants and the majority of the sergeants this place is nothing short of a circus full of clowns trying to keep the wheels from falling off. The one that are supposed to be in charge collectively dont have a fucking clue. They fail to see that everything they've implemented has failed miserably. This place is beyond hope, it really, really is.

This is becoming serious. Now is the time to bring out the big guns. Prez Barrack Hussein O’Bama needs to take time out from his Hawaiian vacation and put out that public service announcement that their g-like gansta violence is disrespecting his image in his home town. Then the president could use diplomatic sanctions and tell these thugs that a library bearing the prez’s name with shelves full of never opened hi-tech study books will not be located in their communities. Instead dilapidated public housing, pot holed streets, third world food pantries, failed public policy public assistance offices and overcrowded detention facilities will bear his name. This will have a definitive impact since the thugs will have to travel long distances to acquire that knowledge much like Republican Abe Lincoln did went he was a similar scholar in training. By the way, the prez sure takes lot of taxpayer paid for vacations and golf junkets. When do the non-working thugs of the inner city ever get a taxpayer paid vacation? Just asking.
011’s solutions are simple:
A.) More anti-violence signage with tough jail times posted in addition to the line through the Beretta gun stickers posted everywhere
B.) Six digit event numbers which will convey a greater sense of urgency than the current five
C.) More block club signs with a minimum 3 inch letters contrasting with the background “WE CALL POLICE” “NO DRUG DEALING” “NO CAR WASHING” “NO LOUD RADIO PLAYING”
D.) Red colored death con level useless contact cards distributed by the tens of thousands to be completed and cataloged for Com Stat presentations
E.) More boxes, hot boxes, hotter boxes , zones, post shooting missions, zero tolerance, observant not participating Eric Holder Justice Department FBI agents on scene with their thumbs in their asses
F.) Additional green supervisors with their silky panties in a bunch logging all those boxes, zones, missions etc. getting discombobulated when the real shit goes down and crowds gather acting up
G.) The creation of “SAFE PASSAGE” routes for taxpaying, law abiding residents when going to work, to church and to buy groceries with similar security protocols and tactics used during the most important nationally televised reputation on the line Chicago Marathon (and yes, residents scurry about at a marathon pace getting to safety in the Wild, Wild Westside minimizing exposures)

Miss Evans? About as much as I miss my surgically-removed hemmorhoids. The man is a ticking time bomb whose fuse was extinguished [for now] when his past caught up with and landed him in his current predicament. You don't put out a fire by throwing gasoline on it. Thats the best way to sum up Evans style of policing and management. Asd far as my patrolmen "dropping the ball"? They patrol in a way which ensures they go home at the end of their tour and don't have to worry about ever having to list their assets in federal court when some pooch has a fatal asthma attack in the back of a patrol car and the family says he was choked to death by the evil white police. You fuckers are getting the police you wanted, and having it both ways [you wishing Evans was still around] AINT happening anytime soon. Making enemies with your police is a bad idea people.
