Welcome to the Party Pal

  • Two prominent challengers of Mayor Rahm Emanuel said the city needs to put the brakes on a troubled red-light camera program, arguing that the mayor misled the public about its safety benefits at motorists’ expense.

    But while the two candidates — Cook County Commissioner Jesus “Chuy” Garcia and Ald. Bob Fioretti (2nd) — were happy to rail against the city’s program, Garcia apparently did not not have similar concerns last March.

    That’s when he accepted a $1,500 donation from Safespeed LLC the day before casting a “yes” vote that cleared the way for the company to install a red-light camera in River Forest, records show.
Nice job there "Chewie." We remember years when bought aldercreatures would stay bought. Not any more though. And Fioretti needs to step it up a few notches or Rahm is going to win coasting in. Get nasty Bob. Paint Rahm with any brush that you can find - hell, half the narrative has already been written:
  • out-of-touch;
  • liar (says he'll hire police, then reassigns instead);
  • shootings up double-digit percentages;
  • closer of minority schools;
  • enemy of the unions;
  • mayor 1%
 Do we really have to draw a map?

FOP D.A. is a joke. Now he's trying to jump on the bandwagon of talking all tough at his media release about supporting CPD and stuff. Where has he been saying this for the last month and longer when all this anti-police rhetoric was going on throughout this city. The NYPD Union and Sergeants Union had balls and was saying stuff long before the murders of the NYPD heroes. Where was D.A. when he was suspiciously selling the toilet joke contract, and saying body cameras were a good idea in the media!? Well maybe we could raise a couple bucks to force one on him to observe his duties for the couple hour day he works to document him too? Oh boy, 1 and 2% raises, oh yippie, we can now to afford to buy butter to spread on our slice of bread! Oh by the way, where's the FOP books in the mail? Every year, never a problem, but this year, guess so. Where's all the new squad cars that were supposed to be purchased from our loser contract by end of 2014? I guess too busy having Christmas parties and steak dinners, talking shit about SCC, while you take your 30 minute lunch in your 100,000 mile squad eating 2 items from the McDonalds dollar menu. Sad that we can't even count on our own representatives in the union to do simple things. Like send in the letter by dumb ass M.S. and now this guy?! It never ends, is anyone competent anymore? We're not looking for geniuses, but someone who just does their damn job that union dues pay for. And maybe once in awhile pretend they are on our side. Guess thats too much to expect. I guess we should just get our ass back in the beat car, answer the stacked jobs out of roll call, and shut up, we're not worthy since we don't have a fancy PhD in our retirement years.

Its time that the FOP has to stand up and back Fioretti. Chuy Garcia on December 7, 2014 and after joined cop haters at 5 separate protests. Rahm has opted to not hire cops putting the Chicago Police in danger. He has opted to spend TIF dollars on all kinds of silliness instead of buying cops vests, which are now needed as they have become targets because of the rhetoric of politicians like Garcia and Emanuels BFFs Holder, Obama, and DiBlasio. You must support Fioretti. The mayor is responsible for the anti-police attitude in Chicago.

As if we don't have enough crap to worry about, the getting killed part and all, now we have a Rahm Emanuel appointed City Treasurer who is about to start playing roulette with our pension funds. If it works, whoopee. If not, oh well, he walks away. We all have read our share of how risky investments have worked out in recent years.

What could go wrong?

Rahm is in charge, this is how he proposes to make up any shortfall in our pensions. Oh baby, we are in trouble now.

This is the big one, this has the most potential for the largest catastrophe yet. Every police officer and every union official and every pension board rep needs to be screaming about this from every rooftop. This is bad!

It is a headache to argue and give speeches and take a leave from work and not have financial backing, and foremost put your family through the muckraking...

People will have to step up to do this to effect change, but do not criticize our lack of candidates. We allow this stupidity to be our voice. Vote for some no name on the ballot, support the underdogs... or all back one candidate (chewie or bob) just need to de thrown Rahm this election. Worry about the devil we don't know later.

speaking of crime stats here are some more for us to keep tabs on SCC. Now, there is no official word or even rumor of this but it looks like the annual december death investigations are still being held until after the new year. A death investigation from 002 where a 37 year old male with severe head trama found in a vacant lot is still classified as a death investigation and buried... im sure after january first it will be unburied as a homicide well after the "final" homicide numbers are announced at a press conference the first few days of the new year. also, a death investigation in 024 from the last few days of november is still a death investigation. a male found dead with duct tape wrapped around around his feet found in an apartment and his belongings missing. also, two more "death investigations" popped up today.. one in 018 and one in 011 both with trauma to the head and body. what do you wanna be these are quietly held over until late next week into the new year and then reclassified as homicides... Yeah, I'd bet my entire bank account in vegas if I could do so.. so, just so everyone knows, the December homicide shell game is in full effect!

Prominent celebrities and leaders of the Congressional Black Caucus have endorsed a major nationalization of local police forces with an August 25 letter to President Obama, calling for creation of a federal police “czar” and greater federal controls over law enforcement in the wake of the Ferguson, Missouri, shooting and protests.

“The Administration must appoint a federal Czar,” the letter states, “housed in the U.S. Department of Justice, who is specifically tasked with promoting the professionalization of local law enforcement, monitoring egregious law enforcement activities, and adjudicating suspicious actions of local law enforcement agencies that receive federal funding.”

http://www.independentsentinel.com/holder-has-plans-for-a-nationalized-police-force-that-favors-minority-criminals/

At a community forum on Ferguson at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta on Monday night, Attorney General Eric Holder announced that he would soon bless us all with an update to federal rules on racial profiling.

Holder is actually using the unfortunate death of a young criminal in Ferguson to control the local police throughout the nation.

He pontificated that there will soon be new rules to “codify our commitment to the very highest standards of fair and effective policing.”

“In the coming days, I will announce updated Justice Department guidance regarding profiling by federal law enforcement, which will institute rigorous new standards — and robust safeguards — to help end racial profiling, once and for all,” Holder said Monday evening at an event in Atlanta’s Ebenezer Baptist Church — the same house of worship where civil rights leader Martin Luther King preached prior to his death.

Stupid white bitch betta get outta my way" several times as loud as she can like she run dis (sarcasm but serious she only confirmed that she is of the utmost ghetto rat trash). Thankfully some F/2 started filming her on her cell phone and followed her out to the parking lot where she tried stating "im gonna shoot this bitch up! OT:

Especially lately with the market. Everything is at an all time high now. But be very leary what lurks behind the corner, possibly in the near future. 2016-2020. 1929 could be next and POOF! Pension crisis resolved, down the drain. Easier than going the bankruptcy route like Detroit and California. That didn't work but they tried in Detroit, last I read anyway. Chicago had its eye on that possibility.

Obama didn't fix anything, just postponed it. Your house value ? Mini bubble, AGAIN. I know, everything those mean conservative republicans were warning about. Instead of addressing the issue, let's raise the debt ceiling?! So all this guy did was postpone the inevitable.

Type in zillow how many foreclosures are out there. Hell, use 60655 for an example. It takes some money to live there right? You guys paying $330,000 for a frame house are crazy. What about the places all over where people don't make that kind of money? The jobs still aren't there. It's all bullshit. This guy has Mexicans coming over taking our jobs, from us Americans, even his own black Americans who live in Englewood, rose land, etc. think some of those guys wouldn't mind having a job? Maybe instead of raising the minimum wage?

Keep an eye on your deferred compensation . Especially you guys getting close to retirement. Something ugly is coming. Protect yourself. If something is to good to be true........ Stocks are at an all time high now.......

He put a band aid on a gaping wound.
He bailed out the banks, remember that. The same mother fuckers who destroyed the American Dream. Think about how stupid the average chicago voter is. Think about how the blacks vote on skin color because they have NO IDEA what this guys policies really are, what he has done. Ask them at roll call. Ummmmmmmm. He uh, he uh raised the minimum wage.
Rham and his ilk got rich off it too.

Sorry, rambling now. I guess I'll sit by the front desk and listen to the young guys talk about they're fanatsy NFL football players like the la Rams. Or Derrick rose and how well the Bulls are playing.

If memory serves me well, there were warnings about voting for Dean Angelo. He was part of the Nolan regime years ago and those who remember that time gave fair warning. Still people voted him in.

I was totally with voting Aguilar out of office. But Dougherty knew his stuff, he did OK by me and I could work with him and get stuff done for officers in my unit. I was a unit rep. Now retired. The term is only three years. A slate of candidates should be forming up now and be prepared for the next election. Do not start organizing 6 months before the election. Start now. Raise or save money. Learn the contract. Learn as much as you can and do not make promises that cannot be kept.

What does Dean and his crew have lined up as post-retirement jobs.

Something cushy and lucrative I am sure; as long as they keep the rank and file in line.

The education factor: The people at Labor and Management get sent to Harvard to learn their skills. We elect people who run golf outings and hand out calendar book covers.

The best part is you charge them with failure to appear, (a different city charge); it's not a warrant, so guess what? I-Bond from the desk!!

Can't wait for no DL's taken for bond on movers - and can refuse to sign the ticket, too. Traffic court will be a ghost town. Not gonna issue warrants for petty traffic offenses.

Re: Saturday's Ambush Assassinations of NYPD Officers Liu and Ramos in Brooklyn.

According to Sun-Times columnist Michael Sneed, Supt. Garry McCarthy has now authorized the wearing of mourning bands on the stars of all CPD members to show our grief and SOLIDARITY with our NYPD brethren.

Furthermore, I have learned that the Chicago Police Memorial Fund will be sending the CPD honor guard to NYC for services.

The purple mourning bunting currently is displayed on the FOP-7 bldg.

If you check THEE RANT, we already have active and retired NYPD members offering to pick up CPD at the airport and possibly arrange accomodations.

Rahm is going to keep selling off anything he can to his friends. What will be left for our kids? Probably nothing. What will be left for Rahms kids? HE has no allegiance to the City or citizens. Tahm only has allegiance to money and how much he and his friends can steal. If you don't vote don't cry next year when he moves to take what's left.

What's stopping you from your Phd?

What's stopping me now is that D.A. gave away another part of our contract with making it NOT 100% reimbursable any longer. Yeah, this is a good idea, how to encourage officers from higher education, let's lower the incentive to do so by giving them less money for tuition. I can't afford to go to a expensive grad school anymore, but as long as D.A. benefited from it in the ol' days, I suppose that's the only important thing! If no one sees how D.A. was in bed with city with this contract, then you certainly won't make a good detective.

Where did Deano get his PhD? If not Calumet then perhaps another of those hocus pocus snake oil store front universities, Lewis, Xavier etc. It surely wasn't University of Chicago.

And what's the matter with the post grad program over at Shine King? I know, a few of them might have warrants but they sure get that glow on, yessir, surely do.

So, you didn't get a return phone call so you aren't voting for him? You must be happy with Rahm, then. What, are you 10 years old? Rahm Emmanuel is not good for Chicago and horrible for the police.

I normally say that I would vote for anyone but Rahm, but Fioretti has given a few interviews that actually make him seem like a good candidate. He favors hiring more police and has stated that police and fire pensions should be protected, as they are the ones that put their lives on the line.

Sit on the sidelines and it's like voting for Emmanuel. If you are happy with that cancer, sit back and don't complain. Take it, just take it.
