Not Just One List of Cr's Released

Two lists.

On 09 April, a list was released pursuant to the lawsuit "Jamie Kalven v City of Chicago Police Department 15 CH 03492"  According to the e-mail this list covered March 2015 back to March 2011

On 24 April, the Department will release another list covering 13 April 2011 to 13 April 2015. This case is limited to a four year stretch due to a decision in the case titled "FOP Chicago Lodge No. 7 et al v City of Chicago and Chicago Police Department."

No idea what they're fishing for, but the labor organizations for each rank are supposed to have a copy of the lists upon release.

OK, who has seen these lists...

What personal information is on the lists...

Officer's home address...
phone numbers, DOB...

Complainant's and witness' home addresses and phone numbers...

Now when doing interviews with beefers we should warn them that, "Anything you say could be taken down and used in a court of law against you and WILL EVENTUALLY BECOME A PUBLISHED PUBLIC RECORD.

That may shut a few people up.

What about actual CR files? Are CR files protected under the court order? Who really cares about lists? Right?

The PLO orders the entire CRS for perpetuity because it helps them in future lawsuits. They have a nice bank of CRs on ALL cops so they know who to sue, what shit to make up, and so on. They're not looking for anyone one thing; they're populating their library.

They don't know what they are fishing of r either. They are just......fishing.

There are a lot of unemployed lawyers out there. They have to find work somewhere. We don't arrest anyone anymore.

What ever happened to the September 11 petitions? In the beginning of the year, after a second attempt to generate 90+ thousand petitions, first responders and numerous others on scene signed petitions in New York City. They called for the re-investigation of the Sept. 11 attacks. These witnesses/heroes were able to generate enough honest petitions to reopen the investigation. After that, we never heard from it again. The petitions and their purpose barely made it in the media outlets. From what i read, the main concern was the additional collapse of building 7.

I don't care if they have vetted that list several times before releasing it, there will be mistakes made.

Everyone read that list when it's published. There will be some who will be able to take legal action.

You will most likely have to take legal action against the department as the media will just claim that it was the list provided to them.

No it isn't you idiot. Unpaid bills are handled with a SPAR. You must be a prize to work with.

What a goof you are. I can google my name and yours and get all of our personal information including home address, home phone, spouses name and.childrens school all in about the time it takes you to blow into another handkerchief and drink more miller light. Put me on Nexis and I know what porn sites you visit when the desk crew is too busy ordering more pizza to see who is on the computer under their PC#! Realize the reason it's all happening is due to our inability to purge the Walshs, Briemons, Evans' and the like from our ranks in the first place

For the record, Ralph Price has screwed up Legal Affairs and the Freedom of Information section. He is incompetent and should be disbarred. He thinks he is owed a Chiefs spot because he was the General Counsel during NATO. He also looks like Mr. Burns from the Simpsons.
