No More Nights Off
- Three men have been killed and at least 16 other people have been wounded in separate shootings since Saturday evening across the city, police said.
The 13 separate shooting incidents occurred in 12 different city neighborhoods, most on the South Side. Seven of those shootings occurred early Sunday morning.
Oh wait....it goes to hell whether or not we take a night off. Nearly twenty shot on a single Saturday night. CompStat this week is going to be another fun one.

Wow! Two days off in two months you must be using P-days, no way you would be able to use comp time and get two days within 2 months.
It's because of the global warming. It causes people to be more violent. Supposedly this is the hottest year there ever was. The global warming is driving people mad.

I'll go back over the time line again, I thought in a 25 hour period there were 28+ shot and showed only two dead. Guess the hospital couldn't keep up with the pace and lost another one. I think more than half were in Area Central Districts.

On another note in obamas back yard where Michelle Obama had a $300,000+ part time job (now eliminated from budget after she left), they talk about how they take care of black folks but yet university of Chicago hospital eliminated trauma unit, so ambulance has to travel miles to get care for heavy taxed Hyde park area! If they really cared trauma unit would be opened to help the folks over there!
