Haven't We Been Here Before?

  • A push to overhaul criminal sentencing is prompting the early release of thousands of federal drug prisoners, including some whom prosecutors once described as threats to society, according to an Associated Press review of court records.

About 6,000 inmates are due to be freed in the coming month, the result of changes made last year to guidelines that provide judges with recommended sentences for specific crimes. The Justice Department says roughly 40,000 inmates could benefit in coming years.

Many of them are small-time drug dealers targeted by an approach to drug enforcement now condemned by many as overly harsh and expensive. But an AP analysis of nearly 100 court cases also found defendants who carried semi-automatic weapons, had past convictions for robbery and other crimes, moved cocaine shipments across states, and participated in international heroin smuggling.
Former Governor Quinn did the same thing, releasing hundreds, possibly thousands of inmates all in the name of "saving money." This backfired spectacularly when the parolees started turning up dealing dope again, shooting guns, and in at least one, possibly more cases, murdering people when they should have been serving rather lengthy sentences.

But hey, 6,000 more felons on the street, unhireable in the current economic climate, what could possibly go wrong?

Black Lives Matter!
Release my Brothers!
They are Victims of the White Racist Prison Industry!

When they shoot 3 year old Chantelle, or bust Grandma Brown's head in for her SS check, I'll be nowhere to be seen. I'll be off complaining how Whitey Murdered poor, innocent Ray-Ray, just cuz Ray-Ray busted Whitey's door down at 3 A.M. with a gun in his hand.

There's lots of money to be made in shaking down guilty and gullible white liberals, and I'm gonna get my share.

Bring back the death penalty. Cut all the liberal nonsense out of prison life. No more TV's, libraries, gyms, basketball, etc.. Just hard punishment. Make our prison system like those in Turkey or various other third world nations.

What could go wrong? Ask Obama and his Attorney General. Add to that number the thousands and tens of thousands illegals with felony records that are being released by the administration, and the tens of thousands of young men (refugees ???) being imported from the Mideast. On top of that the administration and Hillary want to disarm the law abiding part of the population. What could go wrong?

6,000 more felons, and they all have to rob, pillage and steal from somewhere--and it won't be in 007, 005, 011 etc. Street robberies are now taking place, even in the west end of 019.

Heavy weapons need to be kept at the ready inside the house and side arms carried by all

Well, you have to release some of these people sooner or later. What they should be doing is working with inmates while in prison for training and education and then helping them get jobs when they are released. Many of these 6000 to be released are people who received draconian sentences for drug possession, no violent criminals are in the number ( at least I think).

The Police have been doing THEIR job by locking-up
these criminal assholes plaguing society...

The white-guilting, soft on crime, liberal progressives
and their catered-to-constituent/perpetual grievant
allies have taken up the diversionary cry of "too many
black/brown people are in prison, (for repeatedly doing
the dumb-shit that lands one's ass in prison in the first place.)

The criminal court system is FAILING law enforcement's good
work of catching criminals by intentionally failing to keep them
locked away from the rest of society long enough to instill the
proper amount of fear and terror of imprisonment.

If imprisonment were actually harsh punishment instead of a
glorified time-out and weak sauce "rehabilitation," people
would be able to live and go about their business in relative safety.

The baddest of the worst m/fers?
Well... Since society isn't "allowed" to kill them for the good
and safety of all, just fucking exile them to an island somewhere
in the Aleutians for life...

Watch the funny looks on his littermates faces when word trickles
back that "ol' boy" got flicked off the gameboard and sent somewhere
never to be a stink in the nostrils of civilized men...

They glory in being an affliction to civilized society.

As long as society ties itself in knots trying to "understand" them?

Well... You know...

'Black Lives' leader defends looting in Yale lecture

October 08, 2015

"The “Black Lives Matter” leader who landed a teaching gig at Yale University delivered a lecture this week on the historical merits of looting as a form of protest, backing up his lesson with required reading that puts modern-day marauders on par with the patriots behind the Boston Tea Party.

"DeRay McKesson, who was hired by the Ivy League institution’s divinity school to lecture for two days on "Transformational Leadership in the #BlackLivesMatter Movement," had students read an essay written at the height of the rioting and looting that plagued the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson just over a year ago after a white police officer shot and killed a black man.

“The mystifying ideological claim that looting is violent and non-political is one that has been carefully produced by the ruling class because it is precisely the violent maintenance of property which is both the basis and end of their power,” reads the August, 2014 post from the literary magazine “The New Inquiry” entitled “In Defense of Looting.” “On a less abstract level there is a practical and tactical benefit to looting. Whenever people worry about looting, there is an implicit sense that the looter must necessarily be acting selfishly, ‘opportunistically,’ and in excess.”

"McKesson appears to have veered off of his syllabus for the lesson, which prompted some critics to offer a reminder that looting does indeed have innocent victims..."

In China they solve the problem cheaply and expeditiously. They tell the prisoner to "look over there," and when he does, they put a bullet under his right ear. The prisoner doesn't know anything happened. End of problem, for the price of a single round.

This reminds me of when I was in paralegal school and one of my classmates was a black man in late middle age. He was a nice guy, but at one point, he told the whole class that all black prisoners should be released because of racism.

Saw on Fox News that the president is using an executive order to ban automatic weapons and high capacity magazines. He wants America to be like England and Australia with no weapons allowed. Anyone else see the problems with that? Is there no end to this nonsense?

Her royal highness hillary said that the NRA is as bad as Iran and communists. I joined the NRA right after that. They seem to be the only ones that stand up to all this bullshit!
